Use this page to manually add classes to a staff account. Staff can also be added to class rosters via Professional Standards.

Note: The Course must be created in Configuration and Class must be created in Professional Standards prior to adding the class record here.

  1. Date - click to sort by Class Date

  2. Class Name - click to sort by Class Name

  3. Course Names - notice Course Name(s)

  4. Topics - notice Course Topic(s)

  5. Hours - click to sort by Class Hours

  6. Trash Can - click to remove staff member from class
    Note: This will not delete the class from Professional Standards

  7. < > - click to scroll through pages

  8. (+) New Assignment - click to add a new class

  1. Search - search for a class by course name

  2. Reset - click to reset search parameters

  3. Date - click to sort by Class Date

  4. Class Name - click to sort by Class Name

  5. Course Names - notice Course Name(s)

  6. Topics - notice Course Topic(s)

  7. Checkbox - check to select the Class

  8. < > - click to scroll through pages

  9. Close - click to add the selected Class(es) and return to the previous screen
